A new Post with a new Chef

Wow, it’s been a really long time since I have posted anything to my vegetarian cooking site.  I got into wildlife photography and that completely took over my whole life.  I’ve been trying to get one of my grand daughters to take over for me and at least now I do have a new original post.  Macy, my 9 year old granddaughter agreed to make this guacamole to share.  She has taken an interest in cooking, she mainly likes to bake (sweets).  She starts cooking school in August.  I wanted to do a video with her  but I didn’t have my tripod with me so we just did some photos.  This was a really tasty dish and soon eaten.

Macy insisted on using a mortar and pestle, this one is really heavy.  Great job Macy well done!!
