It’s winter here in Florida and the Holiday season has begun. Happy Holidays to all my foodie friends and thank you so much for coming by to visit me here at Cooking’s Good. I appreciate all of you and value your friendship. I am looking forward to the New Year and all the new and exciting cooking adventures that we will be sharing together. I started this blog so that I could record recipes for my daughter as she learns to cook. Because of all of you it has turned into something much more that I had ever expected. I struggle with each and every post but you know what, This Is Fun. I like fun.

Winters in Central Florida a really very mild although we do get some low temperatures but our highs are generally never lower than in the 60’s. As you can see from the photos below my garden is still growing.

Orange trees are nearly ready for picking. We do need a cold snap though to sweeten them up.
